Position Overview
Cellebrite is seeking experienced Sales professionals to sell Digital Intelligence products and solutions to the market. The successful candidate will develop new prospects and interact with new and existing customers to increase sales of Cellebrite’s products and solutions to key clients with primary focus on the Philippines domain. The ability to speak Filipino and English is essential for the Philippines. The position is based in the Philippines.
Develop strategic account plans which define sales strategy to position Cellebrite to meet sales objectives year over year. Maintain and generate new contacts within the sector and associated system integrators to build and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase new business while maintaining recurring business on high performance.
- Build deep and trusting relationships with key accounts.
- Create and execute strategies to drive sales growth, new account acquisition, continued account penetration, and maintain customer satisfaction long-term.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of procurement and contracting processes.
- Develop and nurture existing and new accounts to understand current and future business needs and directions.
- Meet or exceed sales order booking objectives and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter and work as part of a fast-moving team.
Requirements
Present at multiple levels including end users and executive management to develop opportunities and engage in face-to-face meetings with key prospects, customers, and partners.Maintain detailed knowledge of Cellebrite software and hardware products, training offerings, competitive products, customer verticals, and understand customer goals. Help customers make future solution decisions based on product roadmaps.Submit accurate and detailed sales strategies and forecasts.Engage with sales operations, engineering, marketing, and senior management as appropriate.Develop and maintain detailed account plans for key customers, recommending new products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.Demonstrate professionalism, be detail-oriented, and strive to be a trusted advisor to customers and partners.Proven successful enterprise sales experience with a minimum 10 years of experience, closing 7-digit ACV deals.Experience in account management and deep knowledge of customers, their business, and priorities across the organizations at multiple points.Digital Forensics and Digital Intelligence background is a bonus but not mandatory.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and external contacts. Ability to create and deliver powerful presentations.Fluency in English along with Filipino.Seniority level
