Verify that unconditional loan approvals match client files
Follow up on receipt of loan documents and ensure timely delivery
Check and prepare loan documents for client signing
Schedule and facilitate client sign-up appointments with brokers
Review signed documents and return them to the lender
Liaise with settlement agents to book settlement dates
Confirm settlement instructions with all parties (e.g., shortfall / surplus, banking details)
Notify and congratulate clients and referrers on settlement day
Conduct post-settlement follow-ups (2 weeks and 2 months) to ensure client satisfaction
Offer additional services post-settlement where applicable
Maintain accurate records and ensure file completion
Make outbound calls to clients to :
Confirm receipt of loan documents
Provide settlement updates and instructions
Conduct post-settlement check-ins and offer additional services
Post settlement review and repricing
Must have demonstrated experience of years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, preferably with mortgage settlement experience.
Proficiency in using mortgage broking software such as MyCRM, FileInvite, ApplyOnline
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work well within a team environment and maintain harmonious relationships with clients and colleagues.
Clear and effective English communication skills, with minimal accent.
