Job descriptionBachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing (or awaiting results of the Bar Examination). Candidates who are either admitted to the Philippine Bar or awaiting bar examination results are acceptable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Willingness to learn, work under supervision, and take initiative. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga. Mentorship from experienced partners in both litigation and corporate practice. Exposure to diverse cases and transactions. Supportive and collaborative work environment. Competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications.

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on litigation, corporate, labor matters, and special projects. This position is ideal for new lawyers seeking comprehensive training and exposure to both courtroom and transactional practice.
Fresh graduates with no legal experience are welcome to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and memoranda.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences.
- Support partners in handling corporate compliance, due diligence, and SEC filings.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as may be assigned.
