Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space, facility and human resources necessary to attain manufacturing objectives.
• Drive profitability, create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency.
• Handle crisis management and tactical plans when necessary.
• Optimize production capacity to maintain effective inventory arrangement.
• Leverage synergy with senior management team on company’s strategies development.
• Coordinate and liaise with local authorities in complying with national laws and regulations as well as the group’s policies & guidance.

Station in SEA region is required
