Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to
lead and manage all non-technology procurement categories across our
global operations. This role is critical to optimising supplier performance,
driving cost efficiencies, and supporting scalable growth in a fast-paced,
high-security environment.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Procurement & Estates, the
successful candidate will oversee procurement activities across
categories such as Marketing, HR, Travel, Professional Services and
Corporate Services. The role requires strong commercial acumen,
global sourcing experience, and the ability to collaborate with
stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.

Requirements
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across non-
technology categories (Marketing, HR, Travel, Professional &
Corporate Services), ensuring alignment with business
priorities and growth plans.
Partner with senior stakeholders across functions and regionsto understand evolving business needs and deliver
procurement solutions that support revenue-generating
initiatives and organisational agility.
Drive supplier innovation and market insight to introduce newcapabilities, enhance service delivery, and support global
expansion or transformation initiatives
Support ESG and sustainability goals by embeddingresponsible sourcing principles and collaborating with suppliers
to drive social and environmental impact.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for all non-techcategories, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and value creation
across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract managementto secure optimal commercial terms, deliver savings, and
maintain business and service continuity.
Implement and maintain supplier governance frameworks,including performance tracking, service level agreements
(SLAs), and continuous improvement programmes.
Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, and spendanalytics to enable proactive decision-making, budget
forecasting, and reporting to Finance and Senior Leadership.
Collaborate with Finance to manage procurement pipelines,support budgeting cycles, and monitor savings targets and
benefits realisation.
Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies, legalrequirements, and regional / international regulations governing
third-party spend.
Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on suppliers,especially in sensitive areas like HR services, legal counsel, and
physical security, to align with cybersecurity and regulatory
standards.
Work closely with Legal, Data Protection, Compliance, andInternal Security to review contracts, assess supplier risk, and
ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and business continuity
requirements are embedded.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accuratedocumentation and providing evidence of compliance and
procurement controls.
Progressive procurement experience, with a strong trackrecord of managing global or regional spend across diverse
non-technology categories — including HR, Marketing,
Professional Services, Travel, Professional and Corporate Services
Proven experience in a strategic procurement leadership role,ideally within a high-growth, regulated, or security-conscious
industry such as cybersecurity, technology or financial services.
