CAD Operator

Prepare detailed CAD layouts for tenants and clients based on space requirements

Modify and update architectural, electronics, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans as needed

Conduct site inspections and measurements to accurately update as-built plans

Ensure all changes and modifications are properly reflected in updated drawings

Prepare complete sets of plans for submission to LGU (Local Government Unit) and PEZA

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and submission requirements

Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and building admin

Assist in providing technical drawings for renovation, fit-out, or construction works

Maintain organized digital and printed records of all plans and revisions

Update and archive drawings for reference and regulatory use
