Responsibilities
Greet and greet visitors.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Keep the reception area clean and organised.
Provide information to visitors about the company and its services.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a reception position.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
