Minimum Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements :

• Senior High School Graduate (K–12 curriculum)
• With at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Financial account (Local or International)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must be confident, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Willing to work on-site at ANE Makati
• Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends, depending on business needs
• Must have a stable internet connection for online assessments (if required)
