Head of Treasury - Manila

We are looking for a Head of Treasury to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash positioning, payment approvals, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Implement and continuously improve treasury processes to support a scalable, efficient cash management structure.
• Monitor global cash positions and ensure liquidity is available to support business operations in multiple markets.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to guarantee safe, traceable financial transactions.
• Generate reports and risk assessments to support financial planning and decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate accounting linkage of treasury activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, particularly in high‑risk and regulated environments.
• Act as a trusted senior team member, supporting and validating the work of two current treasury analysts.
