We are supporting a global industry leader in a search for a Head of Finance . This role is responsible for leading the finance shared services operations across Asia, ensuring high-quality service delivery, team performance, and compliance with regional and global financial standards.

This is a senior leadership role ideal for finance professionals who can lead large teams and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.

Work Set up : Hybrid (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance operations including P2P, RTR, and financial reporting across multiple countries.
• Manage a large team , providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to align processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, automation, and standardization of workflows.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Ensure continuous improvement and resolution of operational finance issues.
