Position Overview
The Head of Human Resources (HR) provides strategic leadership and direction for all HR functions across the Group. This role ensures that HR strategies are aligned with the company's vision, mission, and core values, while supporting organizational growth, employee engagement, compliance, and overall workforce effectiveness. The position covers policy development, talent management, organizational design, labor relations, and corporate culture-building across a diversified group of businesses.
This position requires a minimum of 5-8 years of HR leadership experience.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
Essential experience is required across all HR areas including strategy, operations, talent management, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the corporate HR strategy aligned with the Group's strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, and BU Heads on workforce planning, succession management, and organisational development.
- Drive the corporate agenda on culture, leadership, and values-based management.
- Talent & Workforce Management
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.
- Establish competency frameworks and career development paths across subsidiaries.
- Lead succession planning for critical leadership and technical roles.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance
- Formulate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across subsidiaries.
- Oversee corporate-level employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
- Benchmark against industry standards to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Implement performance management systems linked to pay and rewards.
- Organisational Development & Culture
- Drive programs that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and well-being.
- Lead change management initiatives across the organisation.
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in the Company’s values.
- HR Operations & Shared Services
- Establish a Corporate HR Shared Services framework to streamline HR processes across subsidiaries.
- Oversee HRIS and digital transformation in HR operations.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
