Salary : PHP 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide full administrative support to our Traffic Management Design (TMD) team . This role involves managing records and documentation, organizing calendars and meetings, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Client
Our client is a Queensland-based traffic management services company that supports large-scale infrastructure projects, council works, and commercial operations across Australia. The Philippine-based team works closely with their Australian counterparts to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality traffic management solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
