Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of integrated IT solutions for a premier Casino and Resort in the Philippines. This role will serve as a strategic bridge between business units—Gaming, Finance, and Hospitality—and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of core systems such as Gaming CMS, G-Systems, Biztalk, Engage, Oracle, AX Dynamics, PMS, OpenTable, and Shiji. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system architecture, with a focus on scalable, secure, and highly available solutions tailored to the casino and resort environment. You will lead solution design efforts, align technology with business goals, and ensure optimal interoperability across the casino gaming, financial, and hotel / F&B systems.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end integrated solutions that support Casino Gaming Systems, Financial platforms, and Hotel / F&B applications.
- Analyze detailed requirements across Gaming, Finance, and Hotel / F&B domains.
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate current IT landscapes, identify integration points, and define system interfaces and APIs.
- Lead workshops and technical discussions to align stakeholders on solution designs, scope, and priorities.
- Assess new technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide governance and oversight to ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and deployment.
- Support incident resolution and root cause analysis related to solution integrations.
- Document solution architecture artifacts and maintain architectural repositories.
- Promote best practices in system design, integration, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Guide the development and testing teams to ensure proper implementation of architecture designs.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to embed security controls within solution designs.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions related to system architecture and integrations.
Qualifications
Minimum +8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.Proven experience designing and delivering integrated solutions in casino, hospitality, or large-scale multi-system environments.Hands‑on experience with core casino gaming systems (CMS, G‑Systems, Biztalk, Engage).Experience integrating Finance ERP systems such as Oracle and AX Dynamics.Knowledge of hotel management and F&B systems (PMS, OpenTable, Shiji) integration.Strong understanding of middleware, messaging systems, APIs, and service‑oriented architecture (SOA).Experience working with cloud and hybrid IT environments is desirable.Advanced certifications in Architecture or related fields are a plus (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Technical Skills
Deep knowledge of system integration patterns, middleware, and API management.Strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman).Familiarity with database technologies, messaging queues, and business process orchestration tools.Experience with IT security principles and compliance requirements in regulated industries.Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.Proficiency with architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML).Attributes
