We’re looking for an Internal Operations Manager to keep our systems, people, and processes aligned as we scale.
You’ll oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, and help streamline communication between departments. This role requires a sharp, organized problem-solver who thrives in structure but can handle the pace and ambiguity of startup growth.

Oversee daily internal operations , ensuring workflows are efficient and deadlines are metCreate and document processes, SOPs, and performance dashboardsCoordinate between recruitment, finance, and marketing teams to ensure operational alignmentSupport onboarding, internal reporting, and weekly operations meetingsIdentify and resolve bottlenecks or communication gaps between departmentsManage tools, automations, and data tracking across systems like Notion, Airtable, and SlackWhat You Bring
4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administrationExcellent organization and systems thinkingStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience with project tools like Asana, ClickUp, or NotionAbility to juggle multiple priorities and work independentlyNice to Have
Background in recruitment, HR, or EOR servicesFamiliarity with process automation tools or dashboard managementExperience supporting distributed or global teamsHow to Apply
