Co-Create Media Productions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate Intern to support our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and learning & development. Responsibilities :
☆ Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
☆ Support onboarding of new hires and interns by preparing documents and assisting with orientation.
☆ Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
☆ Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
☆ Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications :
☆ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
☆ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
☆ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
☆ Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
☆ Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR functions in a dynamic organization.
