What you’ll be doing

We tend to do things a little differently at Shorthand. For one thing, we’re a small team

distributed remotely around the world. You’ll be working from home, or from a co-working

location of your choice. For this role we will accept applications based anywhere in Australia.

You will report to the Financial Controller and work closely with the Sales Team as well as people right across

the Shorthand team.

In this role, you’ll :

Support Finance & Sales Processes

• Help keep our CRM (Pipedrive) and Billing system (Chargebee) organized and up-to-date.
• Assist in creating and refining workflows and reports.

Maintain and Improve Data Quality

reports and dashboards reflect accurate information.

Develop and Assist with Reporting & Analysis

Work Cross-Functionally
