Role : Financial Billing Analyst
Compensation : Competitive Basic Salary

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for processing billing inquiry requests from internal and external customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's email resolving the issue or managing specific tasks within the quote-to-cash business process.
- Requests are logged in the CRM system, escalating or resolving critical issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain customer addresses, names and contact records in the customer data bases.
- Manage individually assigned work queue in CRM system.
- Process returned mail and emails contacting the customer for updated information.

Busy days : 20-30 ticketsRegular days : 10-15 ticketsJob Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or in billing and credit processingExperience handling customer tickets, contract research, and creating credits and invoicesKnowledge of Salesforce and ServiceNow (preferred)Strong analytical and contract research skillsExperience in credit creationExcellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a teamProficient in MS Office and other computer systemsAt least 1 year of proven applicable experienceHigh school diploma or associate degree in a related field preferred
