We are looking for a Telco Solutions Architect to take full ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our in-house voice infrastructure. This includes all systems integrated with our custom dialer and enterprise‑wide IP Telephony and Contact Center environments. You will play a critical role in shaping a scalable and resilient telecommunications architecture that supports our business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who has built telco systems from the ground up and is comfortable working independently across the full solution lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement custom VoIP and telephony infrastructure
• Design and optimize SIP-based communication systems using open‑source platforms (e.g., Kamailio, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH)
• Collaborate with external SIP trunk providers, ISPs, and telco partners for interconnects and number provisioning
• Monitor system performance, call quality, and availability across all voice components
• Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of outages or performance degradation
