Inventory Manager (Female)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager (Female) with solid experience in managing inventory operations, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

Educational Background :

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or any related field.

Job Qualifications :

⦁ At least 2-3 years of solid experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

⦁ Preferably Female

⦁ Must have experience in the food industry, particularly in food manufacturing or processing

⦁ Knowledgeable in inventory control systems, warehouse operations, and supply chain management

⦁ Proficient in ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Office applications

⦁ Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills

⦁ Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities :

⦁ Manage and monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support food production operations

⦁ Implement and maintain inventory control systems aligned with food safety and manufacturing standards

⦁ Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow

⦁ Conduct regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis

⦁ Prepare accurate inventory reports and provide recommendations for process improvements

⦁ Ensure compliance with company policies and food industry regulations

⦁ Must be residing / renting near our office locations : Taguig, Alabang, or Pasay

⦁ Preferably with experience in the Food Industry / Manufacturing

⦁ Background in Warehouse – Cold Storage is an advantage

⦁ Age requirement : not more than 45years old

⦁ Must be available to start within 1–2 weeks
