Salesforce Marketing Manager

In the Global Network Song practice, you will design, build, and implement strategies that enhance business performance, working with clients from diverse industries to drive revenue, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels.
- Conduct client campaign / marketing capability assessments and recommend optimizations of the campaign / marketing stack, developing use cases to improve ecosystem utilization.
- Develop business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
- Derive insights for campaigns, work on attribution and optimization strategies.
- Define campaign KPIs and track them throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Identify marketing process improvement opportunities and redefine processes.
- Lead and manage at least one large Salesforce marketing program execution from strategy definition to delivery in capabilities such as SFMC, Pardot, Personalization, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Loyalty.
- Conduct requirement gathering and design workshops, prepare solution and functional blueprints, and coordinate solution design and deployment across multi‑dimensional teams.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, mobilizing and organizing across multiple stakeholders and projects.
Key Skills and Experience
Knowledge / Experience of SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot, and Salesforce Loyalty.Consulting and techno‑functional experience is preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Stakeholder management experience with middle to senior management levels.Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.Highly organized with proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance.Proven success navigating global matrixed environments and client‑facing roles.Ability to lead and manage small to mid‑sized teams.Experience working effectively in remote, virtual, global, and fast‑paced environments.Exposure to the process of developing capabilities.Your Experience Counts!
Overall experience of 9+ years designing / managing marketing campaigns with at least 4‑5 years of hands‑on functional consulting experience, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot, and Salesforce Loyalty implementation with deep functional, industry, and client‑facing experience.MBA is a plus.Preferably certified in SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot, or Salesforce Loyalty.Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, and real‑time decisioning is desirable.Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create cohesive, personalized marketing programs.Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations.Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization.Ability to drive engagement with minimal supervision, working independently from onshore / offshore.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Experience managing small to mid‑sized teams and working with senior management levels.What’s in it for you?
