Job Summary : Responsible in providing administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise. Coordinate with stores and prepare, process, and monitor allocation and repeat orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate replenishment of stocks.
- Responsible for store level management, maintain and improve product availability on the shelves, implementation of promotional activities and alike. (store visit, trade display, planogram, reporting).
- Administrative : Consolidation of reports (inventory, Promos etc.), take trade photos, promo implementation and alike.
- Merchandising : Trade visits, merchandiser coordination, implementing planogram, implementing FeFo, Max Cap, Product hygiene, Shelf cleanliness, identify area of concern, look for other opportunities to improve product positioning and alike.
