Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Broker Sales Director to lead our commercial lots sales team at Filinvest City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial property market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for commercial lots within Filinvest City.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Represent Filinvest City in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Broker Sales Director or similar leadership role in real estate, preferably commercial properties.Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.What We Offer :
