Call Center Agent - Healthcare Assistant - Open for Newbies

Job description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This opportunity is ideal for college graduates (with or without experience) or college undergraduates (at least 2 years completed) with 6 months of BPO or customer service-related experience. Strong English communication and customer service skills are required.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide support for healthcare-related inquiries such as plan coverage, benefits, and claims.
Communicate with clients via inbound calls, email, or chat depending on the assigned channel.
Resolve concerns professionally and accurately document each interaction.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information and follow compliance standards.
Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications :

College graduate (any course) – with or without experience

Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of BPO or customer service-related experience

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong comprehension and attention to detail

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Willing to work onsite
