About the role

Responsible & accountable for the mechanical project management, coordination, estimation, implementation, executive, control, and on-time completion aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

What you will do

• Responsibility is for the mechanical estimates, consolidation, coordination to purchasing for the bidding process, awarding, execution, invoicing, & project turnover or closure.
• Responsible in coordination & alignment to IE & other department for the sequential implementation to complete the project on-time & cost-efficient through Value Engineering.
• Coordinate with contractors (external projects) that all work is done in accordance with the design specifications, existing standards & other related requirements.
• Progress Monitoring & management of projects.
• Ensure compliance related to government required such as PEZA & govt / bodies.
• Assures all construction activities are compliant with EHS standards & other management system.
• Support other departments & within facilities grp. for project improvements in planning & execution.
