Cybersecurity Director (Hybrid Setup, Day Shift)

Job Title : Cyber Delivery Leader

Location : Makati (Hybrid 3x onsite per week)

Schedule : Morning Shift

Role Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 20 years of total experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role or project delivery role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cybersecurity programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of cyber transformation (Identity & Access Management), Cyber Threats, Risk Management, Privacy, Third-party Risk Management, Security Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR), and regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience in various Cyber technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security, and Google Security products
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
