Role Summary :
The Cybersecurity Head will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services, ensuring alignment with global strategies and organizational goals. This leadership role focuses on driving delivery excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the timely, secure, and high-quality execution of cybersecurity initiatives. The position requires deep expertise in cybersecurity, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver value to clients while maintaining high standards of quality, risk, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity engagements, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
Build and sustain a high-performing cybersecurity team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Act as the main point of contact for clients on cybersecurity delivery matters, ensuring proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Oversee presales and business development initiatives, including RFP responses, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
Manage risk throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats to security, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team utilization and effective partnership with vendors or external service providers.
Ensure adherence to internal quality, risk, and compliance standards, embedding industry best practices across all cybersecurity operations.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging client feedback and emerging technologies to enhance delivery methodologies and outcomes.
Maintain robust project governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

Client Management : Oversee client transitions, solution implementation, and project onboarding.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and escalate risks across delivery and support services as needed.
Process Excellence : Implement Lean, Continuous Improvement, and other efficiency frameworks to enhance delivery performance.
Business Continuity : Maintain compliance with relevant certifications and frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC) through internal audits and process reviews.
Efficiency & Cost Management : Optimize delivery team utilization, manage cost-to-serve, and drive year-over-year efficiency improvements.
Innovation : Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation and the adoption of emerging cybersecurity technologies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
20+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex cybersecurity programs for large-scale enterprises.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity transformation areas such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Threat Management, Privacy, and Third-Party Risk Management.
Familiarity with major cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Proficiency with key cybersecurity technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security Suite, and Google Security products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
