Senior Sales Admin / Executive Assistant

Assist the Territory Sales Agents / managers in encoding of orders and queries of customers

Communicates with the outlet and key accounts for orders

Initiates Material Request for supplies by agents

Monitors revolving fund

Prepares the following report : Tarkie Monitoring, Instore Monitoring, 3X Visit Top 20% of Sales, Leads Monitoring

Qualifications :

a graduate of any 4 yr. course

Proficient in using MS Excel, Powerpoint and ERP

Good communication skills

ability to handle pressure

willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
