About the Role
Our company a fast-growing global social and live-streaming platform, as we expand our "Voice+" ecosystem in the Philippines. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist who can recruit and manage voice agencies and anchors, build strong relationships, and help shape the local live-streaming landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit potential voice agencies and anchors through online and offline channels to join and grow with the platform.
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with agencies and anchors.
Collaborate with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and user engagement strategies.
Conduct regular meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Provide training, guidance, and daily management support to partnered agencies.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the platform’s local voice and live-streaming community.
Qualifications
Proficient in English (spoken and written); understanding Chinese is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the voice or live-streaming industry.
Has a strong network of Filipino hosts and agencies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures.
Active on social media and familiar with the latest live-streaming trends.
Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred).
