Responsibilities :

The Senior Project Engineer (Networks & Security) is primarily responsible for the following :

• Deliver signed-off SOWs and balance stakeholder budget, time and quality;
• Lead technical analysis, implementation and deployment;
• Coordinate technical activities with key internal and client stakeholders;
• Develop and document key solution architecture and design aspects;
• Develop technical change requests, migration and test plans;
• Provision proof of concept and pilot environments;
• Support Project Managers in managing scope variations and risks effectively;
• Support Enterprise or Solution Architects in developing scopes and estimates;
• Develop as-built and handover to BAU documentation; and
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to execute technical change.

Essential Skills :

Technical practice areas and requirements are as follows :

Networking with Voice and Security

o Strong routing and switching, solid LAN / WAN fundamentals with extensive deployment and advanced troubleshooting experience;

Palo Alto NGFW products and skills; and

o Cisco and / or Skype for Business Voice skills are desirable.
