Job Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to mobile, internet, or telecom services.

Assist customers with billing, plan upgrades, technical issues, and service requests.

Provide accurate information and ensure first-contact resolution.

Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.

Document all customer transactions and updates in the system accurately.

Follow company protocols and data privacy guidelines at all times.

Qualifications :

High School / SHS Graduate : At least 1 year call center experience

2nd Year College Undergraduate : At least 6 months call center experience
