Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. Your job is to ensure they’re not just happy—but thriving with us.From onboarding new clients to troubleshooting questions and sharing best practices, you’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships and driving client retention.

Responsabilities : Guide new clients through onboarding and setup. Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are using BuzzyBooth effectively. Build relationships with clients and proactively check in on their goals. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with our technical team when needed. Share client feedback with our team to help improve the product. Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock more value. Gather testimonials and referrals. Requirements MUST HAVE PRIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXPERIENCE MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH WITH LITTLE TO NO ACCENT. Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and solution-oriented. Previous experience in customer success, account management, or support. Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools. Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
