Job Descriptions :
- Assists in coordinating marketing events, sales activities and training activities
- Proposes advertising strategy and concept design / layout of print ads
- Assist in the deployment, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, web, print)
- Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows and promotional events.
- Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Perform administrative task such as organizing files, and processing RFPs, CAs, and liquidation
- Assist in content creation for social media and basic marketing collateral
- Provide general support to Sales and PD to ensure marketing operations are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.
- Assists in corporate and sales initiated activities to help generate leas and sales for assigned projects
- Coordinate, assists and negotiates with third party agencies and suppliers to create effective marketing activities and or special events.
- Ensure that activities and events are well organized and well coordinated

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field1-3 years of experience in marketing support, coordinator or administrative roleProficiency in Microsoft office suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Photoshop and CanvaStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive problem solverAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
