Technical Support Agent Onsite Role

We are hiring Technical Support Representatives for our onsite team. You will handle voice calls and provide solutions to technical issues. Applicants must have at least 2 years of college completed. Background in IT or related courses is preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience. Tech-savvy candidates with strong communication skills will also be considered. This role offers 20,000 basic salary, 2,000 de minimis, and a 2,000 performance-based incentive once endorsed to production.
