Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to help drive our marketing efforts while also supporting lead generation and client communication. This role is a blend of social media marketing and sales development, with the primary focus on creating and managing engaging content to attract potential clients. The ideal candidate will also be proactive in handling incoming leads generated through marketing posts and social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing content to increase brand visibility and attract leads.
Monitor engagement on social media posts and follow up with prospects who express interest.
Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns and initiate communication to nurture them into potential clients.
Support the marketing strategy by using tools such as Google Portfolio Manager, Meta Portfolio Manager, and Odoo.
Collaborate with internal team members; while graphics / ads are usually handled by another person, familiarity with tools like Canva is a plus.
Track and report on lead activity, engagement, and marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English communication skills (high-level proficiency required).
Experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as :
Google Portfolio Manager
Meta Portfolio Manager
Odoo (CRM / ERP system)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance marketing tasks with client communication.
Ability to generate engaging blog and social media content independently.
Bonus : Knowledge of content design tools such as Canva.
