What you'll do :
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for enhancing lead generation outcomes by optimizing campaign strategies, targeting, and performance to attract high-quality leads. This role also involves overseeing SEO management, paid advertising campaigns, digital analytics, graphic design for ads, and general marketing support while working closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to execute and refine the overall marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities for this role includes :
Conduct keyword research and monitor competitor keywords to identify opportunities to target to improve organic growth
Implement both on-page and technical SEO improvements to enhance search visibility and website performanceWrite and optimize blog posts and web content aligned with SEO best practices and company strategyBuild high quality backlinks and optimize internal linking structuresTrack, analyze and report on keyword rankings, traffic trends, and SEO performanceStay current on industry changes, including search engine algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly.Research and recommend new opportunities for content discovery, optimization and keyword targetingDigital Advertising & Campaign ManagementOversee the planning, building, management and optimizations for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads and any other platforms as required
Implement effective keyword strategies and utilize negative keywordsMonitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROIManage campaign budgets effectively and ensure effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies.Produce regular reports detailing performance, trends, and recommendationsMonitor digital trends and audience insights that are relevant to the company's marketing objectives and assist in research, development and implementation of new initiatives.Research & InsightsAnalyze user behavior and website performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and SEO tools.Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support campaign and strategy development.Strategy & General Marketing ActivityWork with the Marketing Manager and Web Developer to implement website changes in line with the content and SEO strategy
Design and produce digital assets (static and video) for ads, social posts, emails and other marketing materialsContribute to the management and execution of the content plan, including planning, copy and the design of social posts and emails etc.Assist with the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and presentationsAssist the sales team with sales proposals and drawings.Maintain the Social Media Pages (including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)Support the execution of the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.Successful candidates must have :
At least 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven success managing Google Ads and SEO for B2B businesses.Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools) and Microsoft Clarity.Experience with LinkedIn and Meta Ad Platforms.Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaign management, social, email and analytics).Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and on-page / technical optimization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent written communication skills for content creation and optimization.Competence in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital assets.Work Arrangements :
