Job description

FEMALE

Age limit is 30yo - 40yo

Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not)

w / ATLEAST 3-4years experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry (Site & Production based work) with work experience more on Architectural works rather than Structural / Plumbing / Electrical

Has vast experience and proficient in attending site meetings

Good mathematical and analytical skills

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Pleasing personality and appearance

Good communication and leadership skills

Professional, Upright, Accountable

Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, with proper work etiquette

Good inspection skills (QC / QA skills) for production monitoring

Can work efficiently with minor supervision

Has manpower handling skills (for overseeing of production)

Willing to work most times in the office and warehouse (production area) - will also do field work / meetings, whenever necessary

Living within Metro Manila or near the area (Banawe / La Loma, Quezon City) is better
