Assistant Software Development Manager (44810) - Ortigas Pasig

Salary : 40,000 - 60,000

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, BS Information Technology, Systems Engineer or any related field.
• 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• With at least 3 years of experience in leading a team.
• Solid critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Ø Manage the development life cycle

Ø Research new technologies to strengthen the organization

Ø Oversee, create and implement software products and applications

Ø Plan, direct and coordinate the actions of the development team

Ø Responsible for technology delivery

Ø Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization

Ø Act as a liaison between the department and senior leadership
