Position : Business Development Manager

Salary : PHP 100,000
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in business development, particularly in selling cloud services on AWS
Minimum of 3 years of strong experience in selling IT and cloud services in the Philippine market
Strong knowledge of cloud technology and its business benefits; relevant certifications are an advantage
Demonstrated ability to exceed performance metrics and close large, complex deals by presenting a compelling point of view
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience selling AWS cloud services
Responsibilities :
Deliver revenue targets within the assigned territory
Act as a business partner to clients, offering solutions to their most challenging problems using 1CH’s services
Clearly articulate 1CH’s value proposition for cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native application development (including SAP)
Execute weekly business closures and plan for long-term strategic engagements
Ensure client satisfaction and build strong engagement with 1CH
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing relevant insights and information with clients
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system
