About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative AI Video Editor who specializes in short-form ad content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads .
Your main mission is to craft attention-grabbing, high-performing video ads using the latest AI tools and creative editing techniques. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative and Marketing teams to ideate, test, and scale video assets that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Create short-form video ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube performance.
Leverage AI tools such as Runway Gen-3, Pika, Veo 3, Sora , and similar platforms to generate, edit, and enhance video content.
Master the first 3 seconds — creating captivating hooks that instantly grab viewer attention.
A / B test variations to identify what drives higher click-through rates, engagement, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals and brand storytelling.
Stay on top of trends in AI-generated video , social media storytelling , and ad creative best practices .
Deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining high-quality creative standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience creating short-form ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) — preferably for eCommerce or DTC brands .
Strong eye for pacing, hooks, and storytelling that fits each platform’s audience behavior.
Proficiency with AI video creation and editing tools (Runway Gen-3, Pika, Sora, Veo 3, etc.) and traditional editors like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Data-driven mindset — you understand how to use metrics and feedback to improve creatives.
Excellent sense of timing, sound design, and text overlays for maximum impact.
Passion for experimenting with AI tools, UGC-style videos, and ad creatives that convert.
Fast learner, proactive, and able to adapt to a high-performance environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with UGC-style content , VSLs , or story-driven ad creatives .
Background in performance marketing or direct response video editing.
Skills in photo editing, motion graphics, or copywriting for ad hooks.

Starting salary : $700 - $1000 / month (with potential for raises & bonuses based on performance and commission per winning ad).
