Warehouse Area Manager (Mindanao Operations)

As the Assistant Operations Manager in Mindanao Warehouses of Arvin International Marketing Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehousing and distribution facilities across the Mindanao region specifically in Davao, Cagayan De Oro, Surigao, GenSan and Zamboanga Warehouses. This full-time, on-site role will play a critical part in supporting the company's growth and service delivery objectives.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses to ensure productivity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and procedures

Oversee Vessel operations, warehouse inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to optimize warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction

Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse Team Leaders, Clerks and Checkers to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement

Implement and monitor warehouse performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Provide regular reports on warehouse operations and recommend strategic initiatives to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in the FMCG, transport or distribution industry

Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills

Proficient in data analysis and KPI monitoring and reporting to drive operational improvements

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
