1. Good understanding of on-site production processes and is involved in production engineering

2. Capable of reviewing technical drawings

3. Communicates with customers through the sales team

4. Can create design drawings and coordinate with (Japanese) subcontractors

5. Can identify and develop local subcontractors and communicate technical requirements

6 . Evaluate finished products and contribute to building company knowledge

1. Graduated from an engineering university

2. Knowledge and ideas related to production engineering

3. English proficiency (Technical)

4. Strong communication skills

[Preferred]

1. Hands-on experience with machine tools (milling machines / lathes)

2. Experience in PCB or FPC industry (processes like photolithography and etching)
