Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate projects through various channels, including digital, print, and events.Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.Creative Content & Branding
Supervise the creation of high-impact marketing materials such as brochures, property flyers, videos, virtual tours, and other branded content.Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.Event Management
Plan and execute marketing events such as brand launches, open houses, broker previews, and other tactical selling events to boost project visibility and engagement.Vendor & Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency.Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, designers, and advertising agencies to execute high-quality deliverables.Market & Competitor Insights
Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong brand sensibility.Experience in real estate or property development marketing is a plus.
