Marketing Manager / Director

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager / Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our crypto casino projects. You will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention — across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention.
• Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Report on performance and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with crypto and iGaming marketing regulations.
