ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end development and execution of field marketing activations, trade merchandising, and digital engagement strategies that drive lead generation and sales conversion. This role will lead the Marketing Team and will work in close alignment with Sales to bring campaigns to life in the project catchment areas (this is the Trade Marketing counterpart in other industries). The ideal candidate must think like a commercial strategist and execute like a creative brand leader, grounded on the sales funnel approach .
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute field activation campaigns to drive foot traffic and qualified leads to project sites. | nationwide sales / marketing events
- Create high-impact on-site merchandising plans including key visuals, POP materials, booth set-up, and collaterals.
- Lead the customer journey design (both physical and digital) per target segment.
- Spearhead development of creative concepts for marketing touchpoints aligned with the buyer journey.
- Ensure that marketing programs are rooted in sales funnel logic : awareness, consideration, intent, conversion.
- Champion collaboration across sales and digital teams to align content, messaging, and timing of campaigns.
