Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 5 years experience in branch or operations management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
