We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Branch to success, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Must have strong leadership skills through effective team management, and the ability to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, including deposits, withdrawals, loans, and customer transactions.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and meet sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor financial activities, prepare branch reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage risk by ensuring adherence to security protocols and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with exposure to both operations and sales functions.Strong understanding of bank operations, compliance, and risk management.Proven sales experience with the ability to achieve targets and drive branch profitability.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.Benefits
