RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Handles and administers various employee benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
- Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
- Ensures that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit.
- Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
Graduate of BS Psychology or equivalentHas at least 6 months to 1 year of experienceEfficient in MS officeStrong analytical, verbal / written communication, and interpersonal skills.Willing to be assigned in Pio Del Pilar, MakatiJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
