Assists in the sourcing and screening of applicants. -
Ensures that qualified candidates submit all the necessary requirements.-
Conducts pre-employment orientation to newly hired employees and endorses to concerned Department Head.
Prepares, distributes and collects Performance Appraisal reports.
Retrieves, checks and verifies accuracy of timekeeping records of all employees at the Head Office and project sites
Prepares and computes employees’ payroll for submission to Accounting Department; facilitates on-time payment of salary
Facilitates preparation, signing and completion of Employee’s Clearance and other requirements in case of separation from the company
Prepares, facilitates payment and submit various reports to SSS, Phil health and Pag-Ibig.
Files and maintains employees 201 Files and other HR documents and ensures it’s confidentiality including other pertinent records
Assists in other HR activities including employee relations, training, security and safety, etc.
Qualifications
Min. Educational Attainment : College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business related course
Work Experience : At least 6 months to 1 year related experience
Adequate understanding and background in human resource
