Accounting Manager (BGC-Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations
• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other relevant government dues.
• Maintain effective coordination with external auditors, accounting consultants, and government agencies.
• Review financial statements and reports to confirm accuracy and compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Supervise accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and moth-end / year-end closing activities
• Prepare and validate supporting schedules for audits and government inspections.
• Monitor PEZA / BOI incentive compliance and reporting.
• Lead the execution and evaluation of internal control systems.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team; and perform general administrative tasks
