Responsible for leading the company's business development and sales strategy focused on private sector clients. This role drives revenue growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans aligned with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements the overall sales strategy for the private sector segment to achieve revenue and market share targets;
- Collaborates with senior management in defining pricing strategies, service offerings, and go-to-market approaches;
- Leads, mentors, and manages the sales team to ensure performance targets are met;
- Establishes sales metrics, targets, and performance indicators;
- Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners;
- Provides client and market feedback to guide product and offering improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields;MBA or any other relevant post-graduate and / or certifications is a definite advantage;Extensive sales leadership experience within the ICT and / or systems integration industry;Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly-competitive environment;Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable sales plans; andExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Seniority Level
